Returns & Refunds
This page sets out our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds for workshop bookings with Snyxaronvulal. We are based in England, United Kingdom.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by email at inquiry@snyxaronvulal.world or by phone at +44 20 8947 1183.
- More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund or transfer to another date (subject to availability).
- Between 3 and 7 days before: Refund minus a 20% administration fee, or transfer to another date if available.
- Less than 3 days before: No refund, but we may offer a transfer to a future date at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you a full refund or a place on an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Physical goods
If we supply any physical goods (e.g. materials kits) and they are faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
